Dear Fellow High Twelvian’,
As a reminder Registration closes This Thurssday (June 15th) . If you are planning on attending you must register before June 15th.
This is a required meeting for ALL Association Presidents by virtue of the office you hold – being a member of the Governing Board. If you can not attend, you are directed to appoint a proxy using this FORM.
All HTI Executive Officers and Association Presidents shall complete an activity report for the period 1/1/22 to 5/31/22 using this Form – PDF or Form – Word. Deadline to the International Secretary is Sunday, June 25th!

6-9am – Breakfast at hotel restaurant.
9:00a – Necrology Services And General Session opens.
9:30a – Spouses tour departs Hotel : Chicago River: 1.5 Hour guided Architecture Cruise. Lunch at Michigan Ave-Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria and enjoy the Chicago Riverwalk & some shopping
12:00p – Men’s Lunch
1:00p – General Sessions continues
4:00p – Spouses arrive back at the Double Tree.
5:30p – Grand Masters Dinner.
7:30p – Nominees Caucus (All Nominees and Delegates Must Attend)
Following the Caucus – Order of the Cork Degree (Masons Only $25 paid at the Degree)
7/15 Sat:
6-9am – Breakfast at hotel restaurant.
8:30a – Credentials Opens
9:00a – General Sessions continues.
9:30a – Spouses Event: Bottle & Bottega. Transportation snacks and “Mimosa’s” included *transportation leaves 9:45 a.m. Mimosas and non-alcoholic drinks along with finger foods. Lunch not included, must purchase a Wolcott Luncheon entree or lunch on your own.
12:00p – Wolcott Foundation Luncheon and General Membership Meeting.
1:00p – General Sessions continues (Election of Officers)
6:30p – President’s Dinner and Installation of 2022-23 Officers.
7/16 Sun:
6-9am – Breakfast at hotel restaurant.
