Thank you for your input. I had a discussion with members of the Commission for International Activities of the GL AF&AM in Bulgaria of which I am also the secretary. Going through other documents that we have, we believe that we need together to do more research on this current issue in order to straighten it out.
The documents from the Masonic Service Association in our view are legitimate in their nature, but if you insist that they are mistaken / incorrect or false, then this would mean that the MSA knowingly or unknowingly has produced and spread them for so many years. If however the MSA did not have any knowledge that the contents of the documents are incorrect as you state, then that means that either someone who gave them this information made a mistake or on purpose gave them false information. We believe the information is provided by documents sent by every Grand Lodge member of the CoGMMNA. It would be easy to find which is the case since the information concerning the recognition of another Grand Masonic Entity (Lodge or Orient) is a prerogative of the general assembly or as you call it – the annual communication of the Grand Lodge. Every annual communication has the so called proceedings and I would be happy to help you with the research for any mentions of the Grand Lodge of Bulgaria, AF&AM (also referred to for many years as the Grand Lodge of Bulgaria) in the Proceedings of the Annual Communications for the period 1997-2015. I will need them to be sent to me if you accept my proposal for assistance.
We too are working on getting all our proceedings from in our case bi-annual communications and GLOs meetings online for the public since we have witnessed for the past 10 years that there are attempts for information abuse. We have already resumed our relations with many Grand Lodges in North America thanks to the online publication of the proceedings. Our Grand Lodge’s archive was stolen in 2014 and only parts of it remained scattered in Brethren who are helping for it to be populated again.
Awaiting your response.
Fraternal greetings,
GSIR RW Bro. Dimiter Mandradjiev, PGS

We thank you for forwarding the attachments. Any information inferred from them is incorrect. The Most Worshipful Grand Lodge F&AM Utah does not recognize The Grand Lodge of the Ancient Free and Accepted Masons in Bulgaria and we formally and officially request that you correct your website to reflect that we are not in amity.

In Item 74, The MW Grand Lodge F&AM Utah is listed as recognizing The Grand Lodge of Bulgaria. I do not believe that to be correct. Could you please forward the letter of such recognition?
Sincerely,
Lorenzo E Tibbitts, PGM
