APPEAL
on behalf of Dancho Dzhikov, Worshipful Master of Lodge KARDAM
Charter Number 066, Orient of Teteven
against
Decision of the Extraordinary Grand General Assembly
of Grand Lodge of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons of Bulgaria
held on 14th of December 2014 in Sofia
R.W. Brother Chairman of G.F.C. of G.L.A.F.A.M.B.,
The Extraordinary Grand General Assembly held on 14th of December 2014 in Sofia decided that during the seconding of motions for inclusion of additional proposals for appending the agenda, which are not included in the initially announced agenda the general provision of art. 39 paragraph 4 of the Constitution of G.L.A.F.A.M.B. regarding the quorum should be applied and not the special provision of art. 10 paragraph 1 of the Constitution.
In this way (order) and on that ground was included in the agenda (respectively put to vote and passed) and the proposal for dissolution of G.L.A.F.A.M.B. as the tellers appointed by the M.W. Grand Master were not demanded to examine the presence of compulsory prescribed (and binding according to art. 10 paragraph 1 of the Constitution) majority, but only the majority according to art. 39 paragraph 4 of the Constitution.
I consider that the decision passed in that manner is in contradiction with a binding provision of the Constitution. I consider that the passed subsequently decision of the Extraordinary Grand General Assembly in respect of dissolution of G.L.A.F.A.M.B. regarding the mentioned above is null and void.
R.W. Brother,
regarding the mentioned above and regarding my rights according to art. 64 section 4 I appeal (and refer the matter to you) in order to revoke the first of the decisions and I am entreating you to revoke it as well as I am entreating you to declare the null and void the second as well, as a decision enacted in violation of binding provisions of Constitution.
To the Glory of the Great Architect of the Universe!
Respectfully:
